Anasa in Greek means breath — the essence of living.

For me, yoga is not simply a practice — it is a way of returning to the body with greater awareness, care, and presence. A space where breath, movement, and stillness unite to support balance, connection, and inner grounding.

I have been teaching yoga for more than 12 years and have led over 5,000 yoga sessions, working with people of different ages, backgrounds, and needs. Over the years, this path has evolved into a more holistic offering that integrates bodywork, energy work, and guidance. I am also certified in prenatal and postnatal yoga, as well as infant massage through IAIM, supporting mothers and babies through some of life’s most transformative stages. Alongside yoga, I work as a massage therapist offering Ayurvedic massage, Traditional Thai massage, relaxing massage, and personalised treatments that combine different techniques according to each person’s needs. I also offer Reiki sessions as part of a more integrated approach to wellbeing and energetic balance.

My background further includes training in life coaching, and I have organised and led more than 20 yoga retreats — immersive experiences dedicated to rest, reconnection, and mindful living. Through these spaces, I aim to support not only the body, but also emotional clarity and inner alignment, accompanying each person in their own unique journey.

At the heart of everything I offer is the intention to create a safe, attentive, and meaningful space where each individual can reconnect with themselves, move with greater ease, and feel supported on their path through life.
