A thai massage is quite different from what we usually imagine when we think of a massage. It is an ancient healing practice with its origins traced 2500 years ago!

Thai massage is a type of massage that originated in Thailand. It combines elements of yoga, meditation, and acupressure to help balance the body’s energy and promote relaxation. Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor, and the massage therapist uses their hands, feet, knees, and elbows to apply pressure to different parts of the body. The massage therapist may also guide the recipient through various yoga-like stretches during the massage. Thai massage is tightly related with yoga. In yoga slang, thai massage is also referred to as “the yoga for the lazy”.

After a thai massage session you will feel relaxed, expanded and rejuvenated.

The session takes place with the treated person wearing comfortable clothes, on a special mattress on the floor. For your session you will need loose comfortable clothes (cotton, linen or from any other natural material).

The session’s duration can be 60 or 90 minutes.
